Workshops and Clothes Surgeries:

Each Summer we release a program of 1 and 2 day workshops for people to come and learn interesting new ways to re-vamp their clothes. By re-interpreting the 1940's concept of 'make do and mend' our outlook on creative adventure is to inspire people to re-use and re-make. We want you to enjoy the creative process; hopefully showing that Fashion and Textiles "isn't just about doileys and curtains" and can be fun, exciting and experimental.

So, whether you fancy giving a new lease of life that once loved jacket, or if your great auntie's beautiful tablecloth is calling out to be worn we'll endevour to help you transform your old threads into fabulous new items of beauty and style.
